Q.
How can I make a reservation?
A. According to your requirement you could select
a vehicle and e-mail or SMS us.
Q. What are the documents required?
A. You should have a valid Driving License,
Local or International.
Q. Is there a restriction on running mileage?
A. Yes. We do allow for the amount quoted only 100 Kms
per day. If you exceed you are liable to pay an extra of Rs.10/- per Kilometer (for
cars) and Rs.15/- (for 4WD)
Q. Where can I pickup the vehicle once I
arrive?
A. You could pickup from our office once you
arrive or you could request us to pick you from the Airport .i.e. If we
pickup you from the Airport you will
need to pay us an extra of Us$ 20/-
Q. If I am not satisfied with the vehicle
which am using, can I change the vehicle to another?
A. Yes, you have the option to do so
Q. If my vehicle has a mechanical breakdown,
what can I do?
A. If in case you experience a mechanical
breakdown anywhere in the island, we have our own breakdown service for 24
Hrs. and if it takes more than a couple of hours we will replace you
with another vehicle.
Q. What are the other payments required?
A. You need to pay upfront the Total amount (by
Cash) for the duration which the vehicle will be used plus a Refundable
Deposit of Rs.15,000/-
Q. Can I make my payment by credit card?
A. Yes, we do accept all major Credit Cards.
