Q.
How can I make a reservation?
According to your requirement you could select a vehicle and e-mail or call us.
Q. What are the documents required?
You will need to bring in your Passport OR National ID card and have a valid Driving License (Local or International).
Q. Is there a restriction on running mileage?
A. Yes, we allow only 100 Kms per day (which is quite sufficient for an average user). If you exceed this you are liable to pay an extra of Rs.15/- per KM (for cars) and Rs.25/- per KM (for 4WD).
Q. Where can I pickup the vehicle once I
arrive?
A. You could pickup from our office in Nugegoda, or you can request us to pick you from the Airport providing all flight details. An airport pickup will be charged at an extra US$25.
Q. If I am not satisfied with the vehicle
which am using, can I change the vehicle to another?
A. Yes, you can request for a change in vehicle; it will be replaced once an alternate is available.
Q. Is insurance included in the price?
A. Yes. All vehicles are insured by the rental company so you will not be required to pay anything additional for insurance.
Q. If my vehicle has a mechanical breakdown,
what can I do?
A. If in case you experience a mechanical breakdown anywhere in the island, immediately contact us. We have our own 24Hr breakdown service. We will send a mechanic to your location and get the vehicle back in order. If the repair is major we will then offer a replacement vehicle.
Q. What payments are required?
A. You have to pay the total rental upfront (by Cash/card), plus a Refundable Deposit of Rs.20,000/-.
Q. Can I make my payment by credit card?
A. Yes, we do accept all major Credit Cards, this is subject to 3.5% extra payment.
Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. Yes. If you wish to cancel the reservation before you have started to use the vehicle, or you wish to cancel during the rental period, you may do so by contacting us at least 3 business days before. However you will be charged a cancellation fee is US$25.
Q. Can I get baby booster seats with my car?
A. Sorry we do not provide baby boosters. But we will be able to guide you on where to obtain them.
Q. Do you offer drivers?
A. Yes, please contact us for charges.
